To create a cost - effective production system, maximizeprofitability and flexibility, we combine with computer control system by PLC ,the touch screen control panel centralizes all the machine's components frommaterial feeding to film winding, which continually monitors and manages allset points and parameters, and easily re-program to match future requirement,and assure optimum output quality and efficiency. The finish film is flat andsmooth with accurate specification.
Characteristic of The Machine
Screw and barrel are designed to adopt the specialcompounding function to melt at high speed and homogeneous, also get greateroutput.
Spiral flow channel die is designed to stabilize meltflow. Optional rotating device is chosen and helpful to eliminate gauge band onthe web.
Air/ water rings are alum-alloyed special design forproviding excellent and stable cooling. The combination of air and watercooling rings for water output and air blow stably working together, whichresults in excellent film transparency, film surface is evenly and glossy.
Take-off unit allows adjustment to the proper height andprovides effective film cooling.
A variety of winders including manual, 2 bobbin type, 4bobbin type, back to back winder with computerized tension control for highquality film.
Computerized speed control system of take-off and windingunits will provide precise winding quality, won' t cause tensile or broken offilm.
