Water-Ring type pelletizing feature is when the melted material goes through the die bores, the blades work directly on the surface of the die plate. Through the cutting process, the hot material is cut as it exits the die hole and the pellets are casted into the cooling water. The water is injected tangential and form a closed water film on the surface of the pelletizing head. With the water as the transportation of the pellets to the centrifugal dryer, it cools down the pellets at the same time.
TWP is a remarkable model in our Water-Ring Type pelletizer series. Our advance design with the side-forced feeder which solves the foam PS waste’s feeding problem of large volume and light weight. Along with our excellent degassing function, which eliminates a large amount of gas from Foam PS waste, this makes our pelletizing process easier and brings a better production capability with outstanding quality recycled pellet.
